Interview of Tina——a lately coming salesperson

How did you take a fancy to our company Asinoseal？
A: The company is mainly doing foreign trade business, which is very suitable for my career planning. Moreover, the company has its own factory. So it can monitor the product quality from the source. After I joined the salesmen team as a trainee，I gradually find that the company's leaders are quite pragmatic. Such quality is valuable.

During your internship, has the company provided any training for you ? For example, arranging a certain number of customers transacted for your practice?
A: Yeah, it has.During the first month,I have learned a lot from many parties in the company, including observing in the workshop and studying finished products in the warehouse.Such learning really increased my knowledge about mechanical seals. Ms. Hu（sales executive in our company） also arranged for me several customers transacted for my practice.

When did you issue the first order? Can you briefly introduce your successful experience in this issuing?
A: To be honest, the first order is a lot of luck. Maybe my sales promoting just met the right one. As a newcomer, I still need to learn in many aspects. In short, I need to continue to work hard.

I believe that doing business requires both the company's support and your corresponding quality. Do you feel that you have full qualities of being a saleman? If not, what do you think you need to sharpen yourself?
A: I owes my prospective success to my perseverance. I think concluding a transaction requires much of our patience.It is usually a long process. If you always doubt yourself and always complain, you can't solve the problem at all. The mentality must be rectified and you should solve the customer's painpoints first.What do you think of the company's development prospects? Do you have confidence in the company's leadership?
A：We do things in a down-to-earth manner, & keep promises, and unite as one to continuously develop and innovate. In this way, I think the company can go on forever, and I am quite confident about this.

What do you think of the company's corporate culture? In other words, has the company's management philosophy (people-oriented innovation and sharing to realize the common development of the company and employees) really landed? If yes, what gives you this certainty? If not, where do you think the shortcomings are?
A: In fact, I have been in the company for four months. Here I have seen the unity and cooperation of colleagues. Colleagues get along with each other in a friendly and polite manner. Everyone is in a good and healthy working environment. Of course, the construction of corporate culture and spiritual civilization is still important. There is room for improvement, which is conducive to improving the company's spiritual outlook, service level, and work quality, such as creating a learning organization, online and offline cultural promotion, cultural and sports activities, and so on.

In the past few months in Asinoseal, is there any special & unforgettable event for you? It can be small or big, it can be something that makes you feel warm or something else.
A: When I joined the company at first, I didn’t understand many things. I am very grateful to Zhang Xiuhong, the quality inspector on the second floor, for her help, especially for the relatively professional aspects such as drawings.
My thanks also go to Liu Yaling, the warehouse supervisor on the second floor, who is very patient and kind. She really took the trouble by answering every question of mine.
