What are the technical requirements for mechanical seal elastic components

Cylindrical coil springs for mechanical seals are in accordance with the provisions of ZBJ22004-88 "Cylindrical coil springs for mechanical seals". Tolerance values such as the spring inner diameter, outer diameter, free height, load, and the perpendicularity between the spring center line and both end surfaces are in principle in accordance with GB1239- 76 Class 1 accuracy standard requirements, individual tolerance values can be selected according to the provisions of Table 5 of ZBJ 22004 (according to the experience of Tianjin Kelan Sealing Company, domestically produced Class 1 precision springs can meet the mechanical seal requirements). The stress value of the spring used for mechanical seals is selected according to spring material category B.

The allowable diameter deviation of the cold roll spiral spring steel wire is checked according to the provisions of the contract. If the contract has such no provisions, it can be checked by reference to the 10—11 (H10—H11) in the Table below.

For silicon bronze wire (GB 3123-82), tin bronze wire (GB3124-82), and beryllium bronze wire (GB 3134-82), the allowable deviations in values are checked according to the standards.
