Description：
AS-AT151 is a universally applied, PTFE wedge, vessel cartridge seal with concentric sealing faces &  top entry  access. The Type are used on mixing vessels, including enamelled vessels, with top, bottom, or side entry shafts.

Features：
• AS-AT151 seals are designed to run with an externally supplied sealant circulation to provide cooling and good sealing effects for many kinds of liquids and vapours.
• Hydraulic balance  Design of the seal face allows for seals usage at higher pressures.
• Cartridge Arrangement makes easy replacement of each part of the seals possible
• Rotating Seat Arrangement allows for a big tolerance in the accommodation of radial shaft movement, and also prevents secondary seals from high shaft temperatures.
• Short axial length of the seal permits a shorter shaft length, enabling it to suit many kinds of vessels.
• No separate seal housing is required.

Applications
Ideal suited for general chemical applications including chemical processing,  biotechnology,food processing, ink & paint. Also it is an ideal solution for petrochemical processing and pharmaceutical industries, highly corrosive fluids and high temperatures.
