AS-E20R

AS-E20R is to replace Johncrane 20R seal which is PTFE type mechnaical seal. Its main characteristic is maximum corrosion resistance to those including  strong oxidizing & reducing agents, concentrated salts & acids and chemically active organic compounds commonly used on PTFE filled pumps.

Operating Limits:

Temperature Limits: -50°F to 250°F/-45°C to 121°C

Pressure Limits: 150 psi(g)

Speed Limits: Type 20R: 2600fpm/13mps

Features：

1.For use with extremely corrosive chemicals.

2. Seal assembly is internally pressurized & outside mounted.

3.The entire seal assembly and component parts employ mechanical drive to prevent slippage on the sleeve or shaft

4.Chemically inert materials in all locations and on all surfaces in contact with the sealed liquid.
